Normal wear and tear
Initial ring sizing at time of purchase
One subsequent ring resizing
Missing accent diamonds and gemstones
Bent or broken prongs
Chipped or cracked diamonds and gemstones
Defective stone settings
Cracked or broken shanks
Defects in mounting or workmanship
Whether you’ve purchased online or in-store, your lifetime service plan begins on your purchase date.
Moving outside the Madison area? No worries! Your lifetime service plan follows you wherever you go. No deductible and shipping is covered both ways.
Other Products
For all other products (bracelets, earrings, necklaces), you can add on a Lifetime Service Plan at the time of purchase for a one-time fee. Contact us for more information.
Insurance
Our lifetime service plan does not cover loss or theft. Therefore, we highly suggest you have your jewelry insured. We recommend Jewelers Mutual Insurance based in Neenah, Wisconsin.

How Do I File a Claim?
If you need to file a claim, live outside of Madison, Wisconsin, and are unable to visit Soha Diamond Co., please call the toll free number on your service contract for instructions on how to file. Please note, each claim can take two - three weeks to complete.
Make sure to:
Have your order number ready.
Explain the problem with the ring and provide pictures, video, or any additional information/documentation needed to validate your claim.
Coverage is included for shipping costs to and from the authorized repair center for services provided in association with covered claims under this service contract.
