What is your return policy?

    • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to make things right. Otherwise, for our made-to-order engagement rings, wedding bands, and gemstone jewelry, you may return the item(s) and original documentation within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange that is equal to the total amount paid, less any applicable shipping fees. Store credits or exchanges will not be issued for items that are returned to us more than 30 days after purchasend/or are in a non-original, damaged condition.

      Non engagement ring, wedding band or gemstone jewelry may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund back to the original form of payment, less applicable shipping fees. 

      To get the return process started, please email returns@sohadiamondco.com, and we will then email you a printable return label and detailed instructions. Once we receive your return, it will go to our customer service department to be inspected. Once it clears, you will be refunded to your original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost to you (as it was complimentary with purchase).       • We also offer a 30-day exchange policy, in the event you’d like to exchange your original purchase for another item. Once it clears, you will be credited your original amount of payment, minus the original shipping cost to you (as it was complimentary with purchase), to use toward another item from our store of the same or greater value.
