If you need to file a claim and live outside of Madison, Wisconsin and are unable to return your ring to us, please call the toll free number on your service contract for instructions on how to file a claim and obtain service.

Please ensure to:

1. Have your order number ready.
2. Explain the problem your ring is experiencing and provide pictures or videos and any additional information/documentation needed to validate the claim.
3. Coverage is included for shipping costs to and from the authorized repair center for services provided in association with covered claims under this service contract.
