Your jewelry should be as unique as your story! Our personalized design process is a series of three visits where we get to know you, your story, and your design inspirations. From start to finish, you’ll work closely with our team to make your dream design a reality.

A Quick Overview

Your First Visit

You'll tell us about your goals and design inspiration. From there, we'll look at a variety of different styles, designs, and metal options.

Your Second Visit

We'll take a deep dive into center stone options, including qualities, shapes, and sizes. Together, we'll hone in on the perfect qualities for you and your partner, and follow up with a curated list of options to select from.

Your Third Visit

You'll secure your desired stone and review a 3D printed wax model of your pre-production design. We'll review both and make sure it's exactly what you were expecting!

What To Expect

Your First Visit

In this one-hour meeting, you'll receive one-on-one expert guidance to create a truly special piece. Discover looks you love while we discuss your goals and design inspiration in a private and relaxed setting. No matter your vision, we’ll help you feel at ease creating a piece that fits your story.

Have you ever seen the difference between one, two and three carats? Have you ever seen and felt the difference between 14K & 18K gold? These are the kinds of topics we'll chat about in order to uncover what you love most.

We'll look at a variety of options including:

• Styles

• Metal options

• Types of settings

• Shapes

• Sizes

After your visit, we’ll note your design preferences and finger size to create your personalized Client Portfolio.

Your Second Visit

In this one-hour meeting, We'll take a deep dive into center stone options, including qualities, shapes, and sizes.

We'll show you hands-on examples of near colorless vs. colorless diamonds, lab-grown vs. mined, and even a rough (uncut) lab-grown diamond so you can get an appreciation for where it all begins.

Together, we'll hone in on the perfect qualities for you and your partner, and follow up with a curated list of options to select from.

Your Third Visit

During the first portion of this half-hour meeting, you and your partner will review a 3D printed wax model of your pre-production design (if applicable). We’ll ensure that your expectations are met in terms of design, style, and proportions.

During the second portion of this meeting, you’ll work with Soha, our Gemologist and former diamond grader, to perform a technical review of your center stone’s unique 4Cs of diamond quality (or similar). Next, we’ll view and assess your selected stone’s size and unique characteristics under 10x magnification and answer any questions you may have about your stone.

Voila! It's ready!

After the stone is chosen and the design is finalized, it's off to production. In 5-6 weeks, we’ll have your finished piece completed and ready for pickup! We'll walk you through the contents of your order and answer any care, service, and insurance-related questions you may have as you unbox your order. Then, we’ll send you off with our best wishes and follow-up for sizing after your proposal.
