Your Elysium jewelry is designed and crafted to exacting quality standards and is warranted against imperfection in design, materials or workmanship. Any jewelry not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced. To request a warranty repair, your Elysium jewelry and proof of purchase must be taken to Soha Diamond Co. in order for this warranty to be valid. Any jewelry with a confirmed warranted defect will be repaired or replaced for a period of one year. Subsequent to the first year, your product is still warranted, but will be subject to a $99 fee plus tax and shipping for all further size exchanges/warranties outside the first year on basic bands. Reverse Inlays are subject to a 10% of MSRP Restocking fee applied for size changes. If any party other than Elysium has worked on your Elysium jewelry, the warranty is null and void. Warranty does not cover normal wear. Elysium may substitute a similar style for discontinued styles. Elysium is not responsible for sentimental value of the original jewelry. Please note, shipping costs to Elysium including return shipping are clients responsibility.

Care: Your new Elysium ring requires little to no maintenance/cleaning like other gemstone or diamond jewelry. Elysium Black Diamond rings are durable, but not indestructible. Please treat with care as with any fine jewelry. Sometimes, a material the ring comes in contact with can stay on the ring. This may appear to be a scratch, but can be easily removed with sandpaper or Scotch Brite.
